All the websites I visited insisted that I have to download ITunes to download it's music from it's website and my computer has a problem and therefore is not able to download the ITunes patch . So, is there any alternatives for me to download music to my Sony Mp3 to listen?

try sonys own sonicstage system

Wal Mart music doesn't require iTunes and the songs cost 88 cents each.

Do you have any music already downloaded or ripped to your computer? If so, then there's no need to download from a website. Sony MP3 player's can accept Windows Media Player files (.wma) and Real Audio files (.mp3; I'm not sure if there's a specific file recognition for Real). The big upside….you don't have to pay almost a $1 for a 3 minute song.
