Is sony ericsson mobile phones’ battery life good?

I am a dedicated nokia user and planning to switch over to sony ericsson brand. I heard that battery life of sony is poor.

i have a sony ericsson z520a and the battery life is phenomenal! after a full 24 hours of being on and in use the battery will still have about 85% left im guessing the battery could last well over 4 days without being charged.
