Is there any way to hook up a Sony Notebook Model PCG-K23 to a TV?

I was wondering if there is any way to connect a Sony Laptop (Model #PCG-K23) with a Pentium 4 to a television. What do I need to play a video that is on my hard drive on the television? Thank you for your help.
