I have a sony ericcson w580i, but i have an error message every time i try to download a pic that my friends send me. How can i fix it?

Also does anyone know how to un-debrand a sony ericsson w580i? To have it as a regular at&t phone? Because my friend debranded it, and it's not very convenient for me.

download the sony ericsson update service(SEUS) from

http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/phones/topic/updateserviceapplication/w580i?cc=in&lc=en

and follow the steps to flash ur phone
i dont know about the debranding
