my Sony notebook with Vista is showing an error Driver blocked to incompatiblity. Any solutions would be great?

Please tell me detailed instructions on how to get drivers updated. The model is VGN-N325E. I have tried windows update. I don't have any programs on there only ones that came with laptop. Also I downloaded DVD Shrink 3.2 and removed that now. I tried with CD to load Roxio Easy CD and DVD program. Any help would be great

Go to the sony website and download the driver and install them.
