Need help with a Sony Walkman MP3 player?

I have a sony walkman mp3 player and I cant figure out how to get my videos on it, everytime I try to put one on from my digital camera it says error. Do I need to convert them to something else or what. And if so how do I do that.

vixy.net you can dowload from youtube and convert it to mp4 or avi or you can try zamzar.com and do the same thing but it will send it to you buy e-mail
