Is there an official Sony PS3 HDMI cable available in the UK – one that is specifically made to be used with the PS3.

yeh mate any big eletrical shop should sell them
if not use amazon.co.uk they are good.

    As others have said, there's no need to be too fussy about your HDMI cable – it's digital, so it will either work or not work, so I'd start with a £4.99 unbranded jobby and see if your TV is happy with it. It will be 1080p that would suffer if the cable isn't up to scratch.

    I've got a cheap HDMI cable between my PS3 and Bravia and 1080 is just fine, so don't worry.
