FOR BEst indoor quality.

For best quality audio and video, SP and 16 bit.

SP is a faster tape speed than LP, so the recording may be more robust and less affected by tape dropouts.

16-bit is a larger wordlength than 12-bit, which translates into better sound through better dynamic range and lower noise.
