a weird question, but i really need to know..my priority is quality gaming experience…Sony PS2 has gotten old…but if I buy a computer, it will be with relatively new specs…but will almost cost me double the price of what PS2 is offering…
Ps:I already hava laptop..so i dont require the functions of a PC.
Another Question, would the PS2 support games of the future….
I suggest the computer…It will provide you with more features than the PS2… It is an older generation…If you just want a gaming system just get an XBOX arcade…which is 199. It has plenty of games for many genres. It has a wider library of games than the PS2. If you are a smaller gamer get the Wii. The only problem with the arcade is memory but there is really not a big problem. There is plenty of space. And plus wait a couple of months before you get a computer…Windows 7 is coming out then. And plus the computers will recieve many hit games for years to come. It wont get outdated as fast. PS2 is just to outdated and it wont support new games to come. Unless Sony intrudces the game for PS2. Have fun with your choice

well the pc is good for online games, but the ps2 is better, i know from experience, but the ps2 is old so get a ps3. no the ps2 wont support games from the future

Neither, if you already have a laptop thats fine. PS2 doesn’t support the PS3 games and most of the new good games don’t even get released till months later if they even get released at all. I would suggest buying a ps3 or xbox360. With the PS3 the good thing is it is still backward compatible with all your ps2 games.

I know its sounds like you iffy on money but i bet you could find an Xbox 360 at GameStop for like $150.00. It is an awesome online gameing console for not that expensive of a price. There are over millions of people playing tons of games on Xbox Live all accross the world. I don’t care what people say comparing the Xbox 360 to the PS3. Xbox is a Gaming console not a Computer. And for more than half the price.

Well, I’d say buy a ps2, because first you already got a laptop, and second, many games you play on the game stations you can’t p[lay on PC. Like i got a 360, and halo 3, can only be played on 360, so buying a pc would be worse. Also you can just attach a mouse on the laptop and…..instant Pc. I may have not written much, but i have told you a way to get both at the price of one. Also buying games for ps2 is expensive, so play and sell your games to save money!

Here are the facilities of a computer and a ps2.
PS2- *You can play games and enjoy your self.
* The graphics in ps2 isnt better.
*No new games are releasing in ps2
* You can play multiplayer games with your friends in ps2
COMPUTER- * You can play all the ps2 games.
* You can surf the internet in the computer.
* You can store videos,photos,memory in the computer.
* You cannot play multiplayer games.
* A computer may be handy for you.

Well, it depends on if you are going to play online or not, and if you are going to have friends or siblings over to play with you. if you like online play, you should get a computer, although computer games lag(run slowly) a LOT if you dont have a good one. If you like not online but more popular games and a larger variety of games, get the PS2. I would really suggest a PS3 tho if you can get it because it has online play and popular games, but the PS2 would be better if you already have a computer.
