I have purchased a new sony ps2. by fitting a chip i can play pirated games that come cheap. But this will make my warranty invalid. Should i go ahead and do this or should i wait for 1 year warranty to finish and then insert chip to play more games , as origina games are costly and cant buy too many. Please advise /guide people with experience as to what i should do .

Please advise /guide people with experience as to what i should do .
Don’t see why you can’t. Know a few people who do this. (Mainly because they are dead broke all the time.)
Don’t see why you need pirated games though. You can get most PS2 games pretty cheap right now.
