    Nice camera hot features.
I loved the slide show option, you can hook it up to your HD tv and it even plays a music while showing the pic.
Didn't like how to delete a pic. It requires you push the bottom 4 times :( .
It could have a better zoom, though.
Pro : Big LCD display, it is really no blurt and still image
Con : difficult to handle if you have large hands

This is my fourth Sony digital camera (DSC-S70, DSC-T1 and DSC-P200). I purchased this camera to carry around whenever it is not feasible to have my Nikon D50.
It is a great little camera, a little less newbie friendly than my previous Sony DSC's. If you do go through the trouble of reading the manual (the PDF, the printed version is terrible) it will let you exploit the P mode, which so far has let me match or surpass the kind of things I can do with my Nikon D50.
This camera is tiny, but since it has vibration reduction it is not as much a problem as with my old DSC-T1, which was nearly useless outside of auto mode unless you leaned against a wall or something solid.
My only real complaint is that it is hard to clean the lens. Except for that, and maybe that I end up using P mode for things I would rather do in auto, it is near perfect. I am using mine with a 4GB Sony memory stick duo pro, I wish I had looked around for something a bit faster, but it is not slow when compared to my other cameras.
It also had an unexpected bonus: black and white mode actually works. This is the first of my five digital cameras so far that has showed me black and white pictures that won't need tweaking to make them look right.
Reverse sticker shock: this camera, plus a spare battery and the 4GB memory stick cost less than half of what I paid in 2000 for my 3 megapixel Sony DSC-S70 (including a spare battery and a 32MB memory stick, ouch).
Pro : Very compact, very rewarding to those that venture outside of automatic mode
Con : Can't preset white balance, some of the menus can be confusing

The W-90 is my 4th Sony digital camera (i obviously am pretty rough and tumble with my cameras). I love to tote my camera everywhere and when people ask about it it always tell them that i think Sony point and shoot digitals are the very best option out there. I still hold true to my words, however, the W-90 is not quite living up to my Sony expectations. It is light weight, but to the point where it almost feels cheap. I always am worried that the battery compartment is going to pop opened. I was also in for a surprise when i got the camera and saw that Sony has switched to a new memory card. I guess they have to keep up with the times but i thought the old ones were just fine. I also don't like the USB port system, probably just because i'm used to the other cord and have extras laying around my house. This camera takes nice pictures in daylight or even bright indoor light. In the dark, it doesn't do so well. I loved my last Sony's night time pic's, and i really can't say the same for this one at all. I have noticed a TON of background/fuzz/pixelation in the night time images i've captured with this camera. I do love the accessories that are available with this camera, especially the water casing (which i have and use all the time). Contrary to the previous review, i do like the delete option, after you get used to it, it's really quite easy. After all the complaining i've just done i'm sure you may be rethinking purchasing of this camera, don't let me steer you wrong, it's a nice, small, easy to use, option packed, cute little Sony. i am only biased because i loved my old one so much .
Pro : lightweight, nice options, great pictures in good lighting situations
Con : poor pic quality in dark, not as soundly made as my previous sonys, weird usb connection

Must take two shots of everything, because we get a file error all the time. We have formatted the memory, but nothing has worked. No help from Sony.
    Pro : great pictures
Con : Get a file error on about every 8th picture

This was my first digital camera. I later traded it, and some cash, for a Sony H-10. The only drawbacks to this camera, for me, were that its flash was fairly weak, and it only had 3X zoom. Otherwise, I couldn't have been happier with this camera, and I'd eventually like to buy it back from my friend. This camera slips easily into a pocket, is very portable, and for its size, it takes excellent photos. There are so many great features, including the ability to hook it up to your TV (even a tiny old analogue set), and put on a great slide show, with music. It's a good starter camera, with many cool features which reveal themselves gradually, the more pictures you take, and the more you study the camera, and its manual.
Pro : Great pictures for such a small camera.
Con : Zoom and flash could be better.
