The Sony's Dcr-Hc96 is packed with feutures and cheap to buy. Sony has created this camera a few months ago and they have put all they can immagine in a Min DV Camera. Appart from its great style the docking station of the camera has a system wich link the cameras together (iLink). If you are going to buy a cameera it is worthit to buy dcr-hc96.

Great Camera! I bought this because I wanted something that shot well in low light situations. This camera works great. Easily customizable, and has some advanced features (that are buried under the touch screen menus)

Sound is horrible, horrible, horrible. I need to get a mic to go on the hot shoe, as there are no mic inputs.
Pro : true 16X9 recording, great low light capture, easy to use
Con : sound is awful, no headphone jack or mic jack, have to use adapter to use firewire and video out
