How do I make my DVD recorder record what’s on TV with the TV off? It doesn’t have a TV Tuner?
It’s a Sony DVD Recorder and it only records when the TV is on with the red, yellow, and white A/V cables. Help!
I do! OK, it’s not a cable box, it’s a Sattelite box, but it’s the same idea, right?
Satellite box -> DVD recorder -> TV
Turn on Satellite box to the channel you want to record
Set the DVD recorder to record at the time you want to record
As long as the sat box is on and in the correct channel, it will record.
