    I have had about 2 or 3 Sony Ericsson’s and they all broke.
    The worst one was the W580i. Which is pretty similar to the S500i.
    The keypads break.
    Dont get one.

    In the start the phone was pretty good… But after a year it just became broken and now shut the phone off by itself… And all the keys is cracked…

    but my friend have for about more then 8 months
    He does not have any problems with the keys-all are ok
    + when you cahrge it you should keep keys opened
    Personally i have slider Nokia and if it’s locked when i charge it-the same effect it gets warm-the same problem to all who i know who have sliders or sliders or “flip ups”
    This phone is great at music, games even typing messages.
