sony ericsson theme creator problems?

ok so i downloaded the theme creator from the sony ericsson website but whenever i try to start the program it won't come up. anybody know what to do?

Hmmm….My SE Themes creator works perfectly..I'd downloaded it from some other site….I've uploaded it on my virtual drive…Here is the link to download it:

Download it.
Uninstall the Themes creator that u'd installed previously and install this one!
