   I have the same phone, and the same problem. I’ve tried a number of ways to resolve this, with only limited success. What I have discovered, however, is that you must have every detail of the track correct, right down to the last comma, apostrophe, etc, otherwise the phone won’t recognise the artwork. Also, use Windows media player, not the Sony software that comes with the phone. I’ve found that’s the only thing that works. I can’t guarantee this will work, but it’s the best I can think of. Hope this helps.
