I love this phone. It was kinda confusing at first but i have had it for a day now and i have figured the whole thing out. its so nice looking and ijust love it. I really recomend this phone for anyone

I love this cellphone, from its cute clamshell design (love the tiny screen on the outside) to its connectivity potentiall (easily connects to my ibook g4 so I can keep my contact list up to date…)

I brought this phone through cingulair, it used to drop calls like anything , you hvae to reboot the phone every day for atlead 4-5 times. they exchanged the phone and the new phone they sent the same model was more horrible than the old one i had.
Pro : i brought this phone due to less weight
Con : drops all the damn calls

I had this phone for a year. My wife and I bought it for my birthday 6/14/06 now here almost exactly a year later then screen goes entirely white. You can still call out – but you could not see who you were calling or see who was calling you because the inside screen was all white. The company said they had a lot of problems with these phones – especially with the screen going white. They said it was a software problem with sony. I now have a Nokia and am trying to get used too it. I think I will like the Nokia when I get used too it.
I was happy with the sony – but did not like when it would shut off with no apparent warning.
Pro : Easy to carry, easy to use, clear tone.
Con : Would shut off when it wanted too – no warning, Battery life was short, would drop calls frequently, some static when talking and then you would loose your connection.

I love this phone, the onl bad thing about it is that the camera button is on the outside of the phone and is VERY sensitive! So where ever the phone is, you can always hear the click of the phone taking pictures. And then after about a million pictures being taken, you have to delete them all or else all of your memory has been used up.
Pro : Long battery life, No dropped calls
Con : The camera button is on the outside and goes off constantly!

I bought this phone and it worked great…. until I dropped it by accident one day and it broke an internal circuit for the antenna and no matter where I went I only got 1 bar at most. Luckly I had the optional Insurance on the phone so I get a replacement (refurbished). I suggest making sure you have a case (durable) for your phone.
The bluetooth is awesome on this phone. The Camera is superb also. Ringtones, games, tools, everything is good with this phone.
Pro : Bluetooth, Camera, Sound Quality, etc
Con : DONT DROP IT

This phone fits in my pocket and I don't have to worry about breaking it. I use all the features which are all easy to use. I picked this phone over the Razor, I'm please I did.
Pro : Always a signal, takes nice photos, easy to operate, useful features

When I first got this phone, I adored it. Everything worked great. Great reception, easy menus, nice size. The bulky antenna was a bit odd, but nothing that caused an issue. I had it about a year and all of a sudden everything shut down. My calls would randomly drop and sometimes I'd hear weird beepy noises and the call would be shut off. On occasion, it would screech in my ear and drop the call. Then I would get "sending failed" responses when trying to text. This would happen will full 5 bars of service. The final straw was when all the pictures I would recieve through MMS came out blurry and pixellated. I could send them fine, but not receive. After talking with Cingular, they said it was not a service error but a device error and I'd have to get a new phone. UGH. I'm not sure if this has been an issue with everyone else, but be warned that I had a year of everything running smmoth and then all hell broke loose. Haha.
Pro : easy menus, lightweight, nice color screen, call volume high, easy for texting
Con : MMS issues, drops calls constantly, weird antenna

I got this phone in March and I have loved it ever since. It took me a while to get use to it. But once I got the hang of things I was set.
I love how you can set wallpaper on the inside and outside. I love the light effect on the outside. And the changeable outside. I just resently got a pink face to replace the blue. It looks great.
I also love the features. You can set just about everything for all your contacts, it has notes and alarm which i use all the time. And i LOVE how it has a soung recorder. I use that to record music on it for my ringtones. Its much easier and much cheaper to do that.
Im still working on getting the USB cable for my computer. But besides that I love the phone. I think its great. And very derable. I dont know how many times Ive dropped it and tossed it.
Pro : Good design, very cute, cool features, great phone.
Con : Hard to see in daylight
