-love the range of Profile – from outdoors to meeting
-nice icons, ringtones, lots of neat features
-very cool design
-2 screens with ability to store 2 diff wallpaper

Con : the screen goes black too quickly, PTT button is in the way

This cell phone is very nice. I love it and so does my daughter! She has dropped it SOOOO many times and still is good as new. She loves the camera and video mode and uses it all the time. There's a screen on the outside and inside, and also allows you to put pic on outside and inside. I love this Cell phone and recommend it to anyone in the need og a good reliable phone!

I bought four of these and returned four of these. Poor quality of connection. Dropped calls, missed calls. Push to talk button is very aggravating. Button on the side of the phone send a busy signal. Hard to grab the phone with this on the phone.
Pro : Nice phone, easy to use
Con : PTT button aggravating, drops calls, easy signal loss, short battery life, poor pic quality

i got mine for my birthday and i love it its my favorite phone ever!!!! and i love the recording time on the memory i love it!!!!

I had 7 of these phones over the course of 14 months. The screen went out on every single one. This is unacceptable. My fiance also has this phone and has had to get 2 because the screen goes out. Actually, his screne is broken right now and we're having to buy a new phone. This phone should be recalled.

I thought this is just a simple basic phone and it turns out to be loaded with features that we actually use. I was surprised by the light theme that catches people attention when someone calls. Screen turns dark a bit too quick, but it's nothing compare to that annoying Ptt button on the side of the phone, gosh I just want to dig out that button! Overall it's a cool phone and I have no complain except that ptt button.
Pro : love the basic design, light theme looks cool, easy to use

My first phone's camera died after 3 weeks and 11 pictures. This phone does not hold a signal well, and I am in an area with strong signals. Does no link well, drops calls, does not put through calls. I can move phone from one ear to the other and lose a call. I will have 5 bars and the callers will go straight to voice mail. PTT feature is turned on every time you pick up the phone. I am going to turn it in for a different phone even though it means losing money on accesories I already bought and having to pay more for a different phone … I guess you get what you pay for1

i got my cell phone almost a year ago threw cingular, and at first i loved it. it was cute and a good design and size for a teen my age. about 2 weeks after i got it i was a my freinds house and one of my freinds threw it to one of my freinds and it hit the calss table and then fell on the wood floor (not hard i may add) but still the entire internal screen went white and has vertical lines across it. i was so mad because i had just got the phone and if i didn't get fixed my dad would have killed me. but luckly my freinds dad whose house i was at worked at verizion and fixed it for me. after that my phone was good for a while but eventually one day i took my phone out of my pocket to check the time and the external screen had a crack in it (inside) and the ink exploded and so i had no screen. i had my dad send it back to the cingular place and they said they wouldn't replace it becasue it wasn't a defect i must have dont it and they made my dad pay the full retail price which was between 150 and 200 dollars to get a new one. my new phone was okay for a few weeks but soon it was on my bathroom counter and my new kitten knocked it off. i drop my phone all the time on harder surfaces then tile and my it does'nt usually break but this time it did. half of the enternal screen is horizantal white lines. its bizzare. its been liek this for about 2 months or more and its starting to get on my nerves having only half a screen to work with. i want to get a new phone but i am on a 2 year contract and my dad wont pay a retail price to get a new phone at reatail price. so my advice is don't get this phone. it sucks.

I had to call the 800 number now three times and now I am on my four one of these phones. I have not even had the first phone for two months before it just went bed with no reason. I like the phone but it not fun when you have to replace it almost every two months.
Pro : the looks cool
Con : they go bad less then three months
