   I hate this phone …
   I hate this phone so bad. Hard to open, terrible software. I had gone through two of them (not by choice) and my first phone, which was a replacement would randomly shut off and I would constantly have to take the battery out to reset it. Granted it started that after the third time I dropped it. But the second one would do the same thing and I never dropped it.
