I liked this phone from the first time I picked it up. It looks nice and has many great features. It was the last one the store had of this model because it was being discontinued. The fault it has is that it shuts off by itself then turns itself back on in about a minute. It did it from the start and I called on it. They sent me a new battery at no cost. It continued to do it, but I liked the phone enough to put up with it. Most recently and the deal breaker was that in addition to shutting itself off, text messages started getting hung up in the outbox. Sometimes for days. I just replaced it and am sad to see it go.
Pro : long battery life; easy to use; looks nice
Con : self shutdown/text message hang ups

The main problem I have with this phone, it will not hold a charge longer than a day. I took the first one back thinking it was defective…the 2nd one has the same identical problem. I am very dissappointed with it. I would like to take this one back and exchange it for a different kind. Example: Charged phone, without even making a call or using it, the battery is completely depleted within 24 hour!!!!
Pro : nice color
Con : battery
