Test footage recorded on my Sony HDR-SR12 high definition handycam.
The video is divided up into 3 sections:
1. HD test footage
2. 10.2 megapixel photos – taken with the handycam
3. clips recorded in smooth slow record mode, (which is in 300 frames per second)
**PLEASE NOTE**
the video size is 640 x 360, therefor watching the video in full screen will stretch the image and cause the video to look pixelated.
in future i will most likely export the video to 1920 x 1080 so you can see the camera quality at its full potential!.

It looks has a excelent resolution, but have something with the colors that don’t make me happy. I don’t know explain but seems like the color of the cheaps digital cams. I like vivid colors. Did it have adjustmants for increase the colors quality for it seems like the h9 digital cam?

if you dont already i suggest you import your footage through imovie 09 then export the clips you want to an .xml file so you can edit and do whatever in final cut express

most of the camera …
most of the camera settings i used to record this footage on was the default settings.
when you export in HD i recommend a size of 1280×720 and that is all you need to make it HD if you want to get fancy you can change the frame rate and KBPS but that is not necessary, if you want i can tell you the perfect export settings for youtube HD, but first you need to tell me what software you are exporting on, and whether or not the camera you recorded the footage on is interlaced or progressive
