I have the flip Mino HD and the Sony. The flip is nice but not being able to film myself is sort of a deal breaker. Also, sometimes you just want low resolution videos and you can’t do that with the flip.

There is NO INTEGRATED MEMORY. They are completely wrong about that. You NEED a memory stick to record more than a few seconds of video. There is only a 12MB buffer on board, not enough to store any video.

The MHS-CM1 has 5x Optical Zoom and Integrated LED Video Light. And because of the flash, it may be better in lowlight situations, but don’t take me up on that one.
