   I wouldn’t have a clue. Online prices are different, usually a bit cheaper. In stores I have never actually checked for these laptop hard drives but I do remember once I had a look and they were more expensive.

    True but I just dont see the point in waisting money on a hard drive thats barely bigger than what you already have.I gotta 500gb for $85 but you can get a 320gb for like 60 bucks much more space.

    - It does NOT void …
    – It does NOT void the warranty, as many people claim. You do not rip a seal/sticker and it’s even encouraged in the manual that you upgrade your hard drive once you’re running out of space.

    - It is a laptop hard drive. 2.5″

    - No software needed. Just install the new hard drive and from there it’s like setting up a PS3 for the first time (back up your old stuff first, though, if you want to keep some things).

    - 5400rpm is strongly recommended because that’s what the original hard drive is.
