Sony PSP reviews?

I am thinking about getting a PSP around mid July; however I need some type of idea about this. I looked up the customer reviews off amazon.com, it was mixed reviews but for the most part it was good. However, some people put down some reviews that have me wondering. Reviews such as batt life being to short, not a lot of games, costing to much money etc etc. But also those reviews were from 2005- the start of 2007 so nothing to recent.

It's worth the money.
You can have pictures, movies, play games, and use the internet on it.
The battery life isn't short, but it isn't long either.
As for the games, they're rather expensive for their caliber. Out of all the games out there, only a handful of games are worth getting.
Gameplay has an issue because there's only 1 analog stick, so on most game the camera and shooting for shooters sucks, but in a few like God of War: Chains of Olympus, the camera's not that bad.

PROS:
Multimedia
The few good games are really good
Lot's of potential
Internet capabilities
Gamesharing
Not region locked

CONS:
Battery life
Loads of bad games
Bad game mechanics
Poor button quality
Dead and stuck pixels are prominent
Slow loading

The cons may sound scary, but getting a PSP is worth it.
I got mine a about half a year after it came out and I still love it!
