   haven’t heard about it, but after a little research, it seems better yet, but I think it’s even too big, and when it will come out? Who knows. Maybe next year, hopefully, but I doubt less than 6 months. I’m not in a hurry but I think that’s waiting too much. Thanks for the info, anyways.

   you should wait and check out the plastic logic reader then. i think that will be much better than the kindle dx.

   I was thinking “this it is a wonderfull gadget” until you compared side by side with Kindle DX. Kindle is HUGE and makes Sony look like an old gameboy (to me). I’m looking for an ereader but I’m most interested in pdfs support(manuals and so) because these take a lot of space in my library, but Kindle is not selling in Spain, and I don’t know PRS600′s complete support for PDFs. Any way, good review (except the “out of focus” moments)

   Actually, i haven’t noticed much difference between 505 and DX’s contrast. And theoretically, there shouldn’t be one since both do not use touch screen tech.

    Thanks for the review, it was very clear and covers all the questions i had. Quick question, if you have to rate the PRS600′s contrast from 1-10 (1 being PRS700 and 10 being the PRS505), where would this be?

    Are the new features in the 600 WORTH it? I’m thinking about getting a e-reader, and I was thinking about the 505. The 600 goes for about 100 euros more, what would you choose ?
