I am thinking about buying one of these bad boys. QUESTION – with this camera am I able to edit on a basic program on my Mac – imovie? – I already do this with me basic camcorder… I plan to get FCP and learn how to use that as well though. anyone?

A Mac can’t create …
A Mac can’t create a better quality production than can a PC, nor can a PC create a better quality production than a Mac. Both platforms offer tools that the other doesn’t.
They’re just tools, nothing more. FCS has some really sweet titling tools ala Motion and LiveType. Then again, the PC side has some great tools like Boris RED and similar.
