    the only reason ux is discontinued is because sony has the ericsson phone called xperia. So its much better than this and it starts at $571.

    It is cute at first but your eyes will quickly grow tired of the small screen format!

    I am young with good eyes and quickly reaqlized this unit is smallery than its own good for many applications.

    How the heck are you going to edit and evulate photo/media worth a darn on this size screen, your not!

    Also the keyboard layout of this sony micro leaves something things to be desired.

    Don’t do it man!

    im not much of an eee fan… i prefer other netbooks… i like the acer aspire one and hp mini note WAY better… theyr stylish and have better keyboards… but thats just my opinion…

    if youre on the move alot and like to travel light, its an option to consider
    everything has its pros and cons, i have the Nokia E90, but in the need to now have photoshop and play back many media formats i decided on the sony gadget with 3years warrenty and having 40gb hdd, bluetooth mouse, wireless keyboard & compatiable with external speakers is a very big plus for me (the external battery opt looks like a wise buy too!)

    Touchscreen extremely hard to use – moving cursor is hard.

    I think all makers of UMPCs should get their prices down to the Asus EEE standards (around £300, £400 ($500))
