I think you have your definitions of Passive and Active Screens mixed up here.
The Sony UX only has Passive screen.
Passive screen means you can touch the screen with anything at all whch has physical contact with the screen while active digitiser means you can only use the included stylus which you can see the stylus pointer hovering over when it’s near the screen.
Although a lot of the tablet PCs now have dual mode switching for the best of both worlds.
