Who do I delete games and apps from my phone?

I have a Sony Ericsson Z310i mobile phone, and I will delete all the game demos and demo app on it …. BUT! Every time I try to delete them …. the delete option is grayed out. Why I am forced to hold a trial of Diner Dash? It does have a Way to remove this crap …. oh, and I tried a master reset …. and it did not work. Thanks for the answers …. I have a data cable for it and before I recently updated to the latest computer software for Sony Ericsson phone. With the old software, when i connected my old SE phone with the computer i could add / copy / Delete a file from the phone, with the exception of SMS and phone book entries ….. But the old software did not work with the 310 …. this newer software can only add / copy / remove images and ringtones

This involves more than just a master reset, unfortunately. I'm not sure if you downloaded this Game, or it came with the phone, but I think it was a part of the firmware and software, which was put on by your service provider. Probably the only way to remove your it yourself is to find a good forum like cell Mobiledia .. The problem is that even though this phone could be made by SE for your service provider and they have been all limited, but all you can do it. If you have a data cable for your phone, you can check software, the files on this phone and remove The game.
