How I can play music on a Sony Walkman Video MP3 Player?

I currently have an IPO nano, but I can say that it begins to die. I want to replace it with something that is more songs, so instead of buying another ipod Apple, I would like to buy the Sony Walkman video MP3 player … but I have itunes on my computer. How would I put myself about these songs go in a different program on the Sony player? Or I could just move them directly from iTunes to the Sony player? Any help is welcome, because I do not want the money for a new mp3 player when I'm not going to spend to be able to put my songs on it. THANK YOU! =)
