What is a USB 0.5 A? Blu Ray Player?
I have just bought a Sony Blu Ray recently-Disc Player S-570. It has a USB port on the front, a few mp3s that I put on my 1gig USB and put it in. The following message appeared when I inserted the flash drive: "The USB device to this unit front panel is connected is not supported. "So I tried to figure out what would be USB insert acceptable, but the only thing I could find, was on this site: http://bluray-players.net/sony/sony-bdp-s570-review/ there said, "the front USB port is currently limited to 0.5 A, then you are not in able to run a USB hard drive with them, "Does anyone know what is a 0.5A USB? I'm not very tech savvy (as you can tell!) so I have no idea what have meant, lol.
the standard USB connector 2 in a PC is +5 V at 0.5 A, therefore, provide a maximum of 2.5 watts. Your player is, as it can not be seen, says the flash drive. This might be a bug in the player, or perhaps that you format your flash player to the NTFS file system, and it only recognizes FAT32, or FAT file system to be. Check Your flash drive and format as FAT32, if necessary

i need help connecting my home entertainment system?
I have a sony kdl52w4100, a Sony HT-SS2300 Surround Sound System, a sony blu-ray player bdps350 and (Have not yet received) Comcast digital cable box, I'm not even sure if the cable box has HDMI.
The best way to integrate all sources, the sound system connect and then run one HDMI cable from the receiver to the TV.
