First off, can not find me, an optical drive for this specific netbook, I was wondering whether a new copy of XP was installed with my USB flash drive be? (If the BIOS supports?)
When you start to keep tapping either F1, F2, F10, (Note that some manufacturers use F10 to restore the system!) Esc or Del to the BIOS Setup. Search for "Drive Configuration", "Boot Order" or similar and make the USB drive first boot device. Save settings and exit. Note that some BIOS versions require that a USB device is inserted before it can be detected. Install XP from a USB drive. Once the text mode part of the installation is complete, boot into the GUI mode (you can press after the restart, if your too excited to wait about 30 seconds) If the GUI portion of setup is complete you will be returning to the GUI mode to boot the XP installation that is is completed and you will end up at you XP desktop. It is very important that you NOT remove the USB-STICK before this point. As soon as you can see your start menu, it is to safely remove the usb stick and reboot your PC to make sure everything works. This method has advantages over all current no cdrom methods of installing XP on a PC. You still have to copy setup files to install in DOS to the SSD, and from there. It gives you access to the Recovery Console is accessed by the system in text mode setup and it gives you the ability to run repair installations of XP if you have problems later.

I've just downgraded my Vaio from Vista to XP, but it is not my wireless card found despite driver.
I have XP Pro w/SP2 and downgrading drivers / Application kit installed on my laptop (Vaio VGN-C2S, now running vista) from the Sony website: http://www.sony-asia.com/support/download/216745/sectionfirst?site=hp_en_AP_i I installed XP and all drivers and applications, and everything seems to work differently than the wireless card (bluetooth is fine). When I click on the WLAN / Bluetooth switch to "on" only the bluetooth light shows. I checked in Device Manager and the computer does not recognize, it has a wireless card. Finally, I tried using Sony's "wireless LAN starter "when I click on" start "is says," the WLAN driver can not be activated ". Any help with this is greatly appreciated, thanks!
I have a similar problem with a laptop (Toshiba), but my own problem with the sound. You still have the first chipset drivers from the CD that came with your Computer or you can download the VIA website. After you have done this, the system should be able to detect the devices on them. Then you can Now to install the CD on the right drive for the wireless card.
