I bought a new viao pink sony laptop about 5 months ago. My son pushed on the screen too hard and now it is all fuzzy when I turn it on and I cannot see anything except for a bunch of different colors. Will sony replace the laptop under the 1 yr warranty? I purchased with billmelater and now have to pay off the credit for something that is broken. What should I do?
If it doesn't show any signs of damage on the outside of the screen then they probably will replace it under warranty. If they think it was pushed in they're probably gonna consider that abuse and not cover it. Just play stupid when you take it in and see what they say.

Since it's not manufacturer defect, I doubt Sony will replace, but anyway you can try

just send it back, they will try to fix it and may replace it if they couldnt fix it. depends…
