   Try connecting the device to the computer and using Windows Explorer to drag videos. Drop and drag music using Windows Explorer into the music folder.

   Check the quick start guide that should have come with the player or go to http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/index.pl and find the guide for the player for more details.

   I use the fab resource mp4freeload.com for my tv show downloads.
   The site is pretty easy to use so I won’t explain, but all the files are FREE! and can be used on iPods…iPhones….PSP’s, Zunes !!!! and other mp4 players!
