I think you need a converter to do it. I downloaded Cucusoft Ultimate Video Converter to help me at

my friend i am in the same boat. sony is the absolute worst when it comes to customer support. so after extensive research, trial&error i have found one program that actually works. river past crazi video pro and river past crazi video for walkman, and you need to have quicktime 7 installed. you can download the trial version for free but it leaves a watermark and will only convert the first 2 minutes. the full version of pro is $60 and the full version of walkman is only $30.

not sure if its worth me buying.

i hate sony and their non-support.

    hope that helps.
