I want to buy either one of these two brands but its a tough choice. Zune has a FM radio but I hear the 2nd gen versions have been rebooting on their own but over all good. I normally do not like Sony but they have good reviews. Tell me which do you guys and gals think and why. THANKS!
Well, I heard the same thing about the 2nd gen Zunes. It only affected a few Zunes, and that problem has been solved. I have had a Zune 80 since December, and I haven’t had a single problem. Sony has good mp3 players, but not the same capacity as Zune. The Zune is also much more durable, so I would go with the Zune if I were you.

Sony is less popular than Zune.
I only know the Zune and think it is good.
