What’s the best program for encoding video from DVD to watch on a Sony PSP?

I’m looking for a program that can convert video from a DVD to the format Sony PSP displays. It would also be nice if it had features like setting the name correctly and automatically uploading it to the PSP via USB connection.

It must preserve aspect ratio too. I don’t want any squished video.

Bonus if it can convert other types of video as well.

    By the way CUCUSOFT, Videora and others only make video for some portable devices, like iPod or PSP, but only AVS Video Converter makes and TRANSFERS video to all these devices without any third party software via Bluetooth or USB!
