It has a PS2 port but I can’t figure out hwo to plug it in. My friend that is good with computer says I should cut something but I don’t know what it is I’m supposed to cut.

If we are talking about a Playstation 2, you cannot connect that to a computer.

A PS/2 port on a Computer is for a Mouse or Keyboard Green for mouse, purple for Keyboard. (The round ones before the USB mouse and USB keyboard)

In this context, PS/2 stands for Personal System/2, a range of IBM PCs that redefined a lot of PC standards in the mid-eighties. In this context it refers to the keyboard and mouse connectors introduced with that range. Nothing to do with Playstations.

I’m not sure if you are trying to actually hook up your Play station 2, which isn’t possible.

if you have a monitor with composite video input you connect it to that.

Don’t confuse play station 2 with PS/2, which are the old connectors mouse and keyboards used before usb came along
