Im planning to buy a Sony Ericsson mobile in India. Just wanted to know if I can use it in Singapore without any alterations?

of course cell phone will work.. I am also using sony ericsson bought rom India.

    Technology wise, so long as it is a GSM phone, it will work in Singapore. If you want to use it with a Singapore SIM card, you just need to make sure the phone you buy is not SIM-locked.

    For that, you have to check when you buy it in India.
