Sony Buyer

I have a sony vaio that has the capability to use a wireless N router……will it still work with a wirelessG router? I’ve tried and tried to get it to connect to my G router. It picks up the connection but the internet won’t work. I’m wondering if it only works with an N router?? Please help. SBC was clueless!

The N and the G systems are totally compatible! You won’t have any problems as long as the settings are correct.
